Why
Many of us intuitively know how to care for others yet struggle to consistently tend to ourselves. Yet our well-being is essential if we want to joyously and energetically lead others.
This intimate, interactive program offers practical, proven, approaches for nurturing yourself so you can feel your best and do your best.
You’ll leave each session with tools to practice and build upon. And you’ll do it with the professional support of Cheryl and other wonderful women.
The sessions span 3 consecutive Wednesdays a month in September 6:00 – 7:15 pm EST.
This workshop was very enlightening. To come together with women from across the U.S. and talk frankly about our challenges and fears and find a way to become more compassionate with ourselves was truly liberating. I just wish that these women were closer so we could keep in touch and have coffee!
