Last month, I shared my commitment to move from heartache to hope by taking action to spread light in 2024. It’s more than a New Years Resolution, it’s my intention and purpose.
Being a light.
Shining a light.
Sharing light.
Coincidentally, I have a milestone birthday this year – I’m turning 60 (gulp)!
Instead of giving into my instinct to deny and deflect this truly unbelievable reality, I’m challenging myself to use it as an opportunity to celebrate the abundance in my life and create more light for myself and others. Join me!

What is Coaching For A Cause?
To celebrate my 60th and ignite more goodness in the world, I’m donating 60 hours of free coaching this year.
It’s simple: One free hour of coaching for you (or a friend) in exchange for a $60 contribution to the You Matter Marathon, or a worthy cause or charity of your choice. (If you want to make a larger donation, that’s awesome, too!)
To Participate:
- Book your virtual coaching session online.
- Make a minimum $60 contribution to the You Matter Marathon, or a worthy cause or charity of your choice. Save your email receipt, or screengrab the payment confirmation.
- Send the donation receipt to [email protected] 24-48 hours prior to our coaching session.
- Before our session, complete the two Coaching Prep Questions you’ll receive in the automated confirmation email.

- This offer is for private pay clients only.
- Limit of two free coaching sessions per person.
During the year I’ll share the charities that have received donations and the running total of money raised. (No client names will be shared.)
