1. People pleaser puts others before him or herself and will do what makes someone else happy rather than what makes him or her happy.
2. I keep a balance by knowing myself, what is important to me, and how important, and what may cause me to feel resentful.
3. Best thing I’ve done is to know myself better and value myself and my wants and happiness.
